The game
Elder Sim is currently an Alpha: an early, free test version. Features, balance and saves may change or reset, and the game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Playing fairly
You may play, stream and share videos and screenshots of Elder Sim. Please don’t attack our servers, abuse the feedback form (spam, harassment or other people’s personal information), or redistribute the game’s code, music or art as your own.
Feedback
If you send ideas or reports, you let us use them to improve the game without owing you anything; we’re grateful anyway, and active testers earn in-game badges and heroes.
Add-on packs
During Alpha, packs are unlocked for free for testing. When real purchases arrive they will be sold through the platform store you play on (e.g. Google Play or the App Store) under that store’s terms and refund policy. Purchased packs are one-time unlocks, not subscriptions or loot boxes.
Characters and names
All characters, peoples, places and creatures in Elder Sim are original creations. Any resemblance to characters from other games, films or books is a playful nod to shared folklore and genre traditions, not an affiliation or endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost saves or indirect damages arising from use of the Alpha. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
